Our Process

After an initial meeting and viewing the site, we come up with an initial design. We then price the home and present this to you. Changes can be made if needed and we work to get the right plan for the right price. We then prepare fixed price contracts. Once contracts are signed and the working drawings completed, the plans are submitted to council. We have our teams of builders ready to go as soon as this is released from Council and project manage the construction of the new home until the last door stop has been put on and the house is clean and tidy for you to move into.

If there is any requirement for an engineer to be involved, we take care of this. All council correspondence and inspections are looked after by us.

We have been using our suppliers for years, and for this reason we trust their work and they know our process which enables the build to go smoothly.
